These figures represent a guide to our current fees;

 Up to £200,000 - £750 plus VAT

 £200,001 to £500,000 - £800 plus VAT

 £500,001 to  £800,000 - £850 plus VAT

 £800,0001 to £1 mill - £900 plus VAT

 Higher Values - To be agreed

• Purchase of a flat – minimum fee of £950.00 plus VAT
• Remortgages – from £200.00 plus VAT
• Transfers - from £200/£300.00 plus VAT
• New Builds - minimum of £1,000 plus VAT

Additional Fees include;

• Local Search                  £70.00
• Water Search                 £60.00
• Enviro Search                £51.00
• Bank Transfer Fees       £30.00 plus VAT
• Office copies                  £3.00 each
• LMS Fees                      £15 plus VAT
• Help to Buy ISA Bonus  £50 plus VAT
• DLR fees                       TBC
• Stamp Duty                   TBC

Currently VAT, as at September 2021, is 20%.
