Is it safe to get on the property ladder now?

It's been sluggish since 2010 but it looks buyers can proceed with buying a home at last.

The number of first time buyers has grown at the fastest rate in four years according to RICS.

It could be down to the new government schemes helping first time buyers but it certainly looks like they have reinvigorated the market!

Peter Bolton King, RICS global residential director said "We certainly feel that Funding for Lending has made a big difference."

Our Oxford conveyancing solicitors are able to guide you through the process of buying or selling a home whether it is for the first time or not.

We can deal with your conveyancing queries by phone and email and you don't need to live in the Oxford area to benefit from our services.

Please call us on 0845 603 0708 or email answers@nationalsolicitors.com to discuss matters further.
