 You have lived apart amicably for more than 2 years

 You have lived apart for more than 5 years (even if your spouse disagrees)

We would need a copy of your original marriage certificate in order to send a draft divorce petition to the court.  If there are children, we would need to know who will be looking after them so we can include a 'statement of arrangements' for them.
