Probate is the process of transferring assets from a person who has died to their Beneficiaries. It includes applying to the Courts and submitting paperwork to HM Revenue & Customs.
We will;
Identify the value of the Estate
Collect the assets of the Estate
Pay any debts owed
Distribute the proceeds of the Estate to the beneficiaries
In the majority of situations we will agree a fixed fee to carry out the Probate. In more complicated instances we may need to work on an hourly rate but we'll agree everything before proceeding.
