In this way you can keep track of your internal quotes and also offer Estate Agents and Mortgage Brokers the opportunity to provide quotes on your behalf. In this way you'll be able to clearly define who is generating income on your behalf.

The system allows the following;

 Add in all your fees and disbursements.

 List all your Introducers and define the fees you want to offer them.

 View the quotes your introducers are generating.

 Send follow up emails to those who have enquired about your services.

 The system allows your introducers to easily track cases.

 The same mechanism allows clients to track their case.

And by adding the quotes calculator onto both your website and that of your key introducers you are opening up the possibility to pick up fresh instructions 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Effectively your are reaping the benefits of their web traffic in a way that both helps them and your law firm. It also deepens the bond between both parties.

Some Agents may place the calculator on the index page of their website whilst others may not want your system on their website. In this situation the software platform offers them their own portal to create quotes on your behalf.

The cost is simply £50 + VAT per month and you may, or may not, wish to dip into our conveyancing software platform as you grow more accustomed with our system. There's no pressure either way.
