Residential Property Lawyer

Our client is searching for Residential Property Solicitors to join their team (more than one role is available). Candidates have the option to be located in their offices in either in Leicester, Birmingham or London.

The candidates must be able to "hit the ground running", be able to generate work and show an interest in further business development. It is important for the ideal candidates to work on their own initiative whilst being comfortable to ask for guidance where needed. 
 

This position is suited to Residential Property Lawyers who have experience of New Build and Right to Buy transactions and who have a sound knowledge of all aspects of residential property law. This opportunity is a full-time permanent role in a forward thinking and fast paced firm with a friendly working environment. Remuneration will be individually negotiated at a competitive market rate. 
 

The ideal candidate will have the following:
 

Experienced in Residential Property law 

 A following or current caseload (preferred, but this is not essential)

Be able to act on their own initiative

Be entrepreneurial with a flair for building business

 Ability to prioritise and manage own workload and be a team player
