Criminal Law Supervisor

Our East London-based client is a growing law firm that operates internationally though experienced legal professionals. With more than 10 years in the industry, the firm is currently looking for an experienced Criminal Law Solicitor to join their team on a full-time basis. Flexibility may be considered. The firm is willing to offer a salary of up to £40,000 per annum for the right candidate. 
 
You will be working on your own cases in addition to engaging in business development opportunities. Therefore, you should be very experienced in managing busy caseloads without supervision.  It is essential that you have the motivation to secure future development opportunities to develop the business. You will also be required to work to the necessary SRA regulations to ensure a high quality service is given to clients in this Lexcel accredited law firm.
 
As a candidate, you will have the following qualities:
 
 a minimum of 4 years PQE in the criminal law area
 qualify under Legal Services Commission requirements
 experience of working on public matters through Legal Aid Agency (LAA)
 qualified for LAA supervisor status 
 
The role will suit motivated professionals familiar with a busy fast-paced private practice. There will be a probation period of 3 months.
