Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer

Our client is a progressive full-service law firm based in Manchester. As part of their expansion and growth plans, they are looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer like you to join them on a permanent full-time basis. Based near the Manchester City Centre, you will be providing support to clients regarding all conveyancing matters. 
 
To be considered for this position, you should:

be a qualified solicitor, specialising in Property/Conveyancing law or be a Licensed Conveyancer
 have a minimum of 3 years PQE experience
have significant knowledge of residential conveyancing (compulsory) and some commercial property experience
 be comfortable using Case Management Systems (experience using OchreSoft is preferred but not essential)
 be able to manage your own caseload.
 
In return, the firm is offering a competitive salary of £30,000- £40,000 per annum depending on experience.
