Conveyancer

An opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancer to join our client in their residential property team. You will be joining their office in Burscough, Lancashire. Whilst you will be based in the residential property department, our client is well established in a range of legal services.
 
You will be joining the firm as a conveyancer and you will take over an existing caseload and so you will need to showcase sound knowledge of residential property law. The service includes all residential property matters and you should be able to management your own caseload. 
 
You will need to demonstrate your confidence in managing conveyancing files. If you are familiar with working with case management systems, this would be advantageous. In addition, strong applicants should possess the following:

 Experience in dealing with residential property matters and managing your own cases;
 The ability to 'hit the ground running' and work independently; and
 Hold experience as a conveyancing paralegal or fee-earner and/or hold a CILEX, CLC or similar Qualification. 
 
The firm is offering a competitive salary at market rate. You will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload and there is the option of working either full-time or part time.
