RTA Fee Earner & Paralegal

Our client is a law firm based in Rochdale, Lancashire with an expanding private practice that covers multiple areas of law. Due to the continued growth of its Personal Injury Department, it is now looking to recruit an RTA Fee Earner and one or more Personal Injury Paralegals.

These are exciting opportunities offering an immediate start to the right candidates.
 
For the RTA Fee Earner role, you will need to demonstrate your confidence in handling RTA files and have:
 
 Minimum of 3 years' experience dealing with RTA claims at stages 1, 2 and 3 as well as drop-out files to litigation
A proactive attitude and excellent attention to detail 
A relevant qualification (Law degree / CILEX qualification)
Experience of FiLOS software (desirable)
 
For the Paralegal roles, you will need to have:
 
A minimum of 1 year's experience of dealing with personal injury matters
Experience of the MOJ portal
A proactive attitude and excellent attention to detail 
Experience of FiLOS software (desirable)
 
The firm is offering the RTA Fee Earner a salary of £22,000 - £35,000 depending on experience and the Paralegal(s) a salary of up to £18,000, again depending on experience.
